I have lost my Starbucks Card/had it stolen.

Please call customer care on 020 8834 5050 to report a registered card as lost or stolen. Our opening hours are 8.30am-5.30pm Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Alternatively, please send an email to customerfirst@starbucks.com. The balance of a lost or stolen registered Starbucks Card will be replaced from the date and time it is reported as missing to us.
