Please try resetting your password on your account by clicking here. Passwords must contain a special character (excluding £, $ or % symbols), a number, lower case letter, upper case letter and be over 8 characters long.

If your email address has not been accepted for sign in, you may have a username on your account. If you do, only the username will be accepted when signing in. To see if you have a username, please click here.

If signing in to our mobile app, please ensure you have the latest Starbucks App version installed.
