I am unable to top up my Starbucks Card online

Please ensure that the address on your Starbucks Card account exactly matches the billing address held by the card you are attempting to make the on-line top up with.  If the billing address for your bank card and the address in your registered Starbucks Card account do not match, the transaction will not be successful.

Once your details have been checked, allow a full 24 hours since your last attempted reload, and try again. You can top up in store in the meantime, even with the mobile application. Just ask your barista for any assistance you may need.
