How can I transfer the balance between two cards?

Balance transfers are currently available on the Starbucks Mobile Application only. To transfer the balance, register both cards to your account and select "Manage" and "Transfer Balance".

If you do not have access to the Mobile Application, please call customer care on 020 8834 5050. Our opening hours are 8.30am-5.30pm Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Alternatively, please send an email to ukinfo@starbucks.com.

Please note that you can register multiple Starbucks Cards to your account, and these will all hold and collect the same rewards for purchases.
