How can I transfer the balance between two cards?

Balance transfers are currently available on the Starbucks Mobile Application only. To transfer the balance, register both cards to your account and select "Manage" and "Transfer Balance".

If you do not have access to the Mobile Application, please contact customer care. Our opening hours are 8.30am-5.30pm Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. 

Please note that you cannot transfer balances from card held in different currencies. If your card was activated overseas this can still be used to make purchases in store.
