I had a balance on my Mobile Application but it has suddenly disappeared

Please note that the balance on the mobile application may not update automatically. To see if your current balance is up to date, check the date and time located next to balance of your selected Starbucks Card.

You can manually update the balance of your Starbucks card. When viewing the Starbucks Card select the Manage option, then just tap the refresh icon.
