I cannot see my free beverage voucher on my account.

If the Mobile Application is not updating to show your recently earned rewards, please try signing out, and then back in to your application.

You can still redeem your beverage vouchers in the meantime without showing your app or the email, just let your barista know you would like to redeem it (it does not deduct automatically), they will then assign the discount to the drink you are ordering and you will then just need to swipe your Starbucks Card or scan your mobile app.
