I cannot see my earned rewards on my account.

If the Mobile Application is not updating to show your recently earned rewards, please try signing out, and then back in to your application.

You can still redeem your star in the meantime, just let your barista know you would like to redeem these (they do not deduct automatically), they will then assign the discount to the drink you are ordering and you will just need to swipe your Starbucks Card or scan your mobile app.
