I signed in to my account but cannot see my Starbucks Card or Rewards. When I try to add my card, it states “already registered”.

If your Starbucks Card has already been registered, you will need to sign in to your existing account with your username and password. If you have created a username on your account, only the username will be accepted with your password when signing in to your account. To check if you have a username, please click on "forgot username" at
